Mental Health & Resilient Teams
Experience ways to manage stress and discuss the importance of well-being
Healthy Ecosystems
The benefits of access to nature are unreservedly supported by modern science. We introduce data-driven techniques for calming the nervous system, focusing the mind, and giving space for connection. We then reflect on those practices with discussions about the benefits and consequences of prioritizing mental health. Analogies about resilient forest ecosystems are shared as a safe way to explore how your colleagues can support each and how your leaders can support them.
The content of this workshop was written by Heather Pelletier & Jill DeLancey and developed using the research of Suzanne Simard, Peter Wohlleben, Brene Brown, Adam Grant, Brad Shuck, and more.
