  • We offer a choice of five topics that ultimately support healthy, human-centered organizational values that are proven to increase resilience and productivity for both organizations and the people who work for them.

  • Our fresh approach to meeting design is rooted in cross-disciplinary scientifically proven strategies that make your reason for gathering more impactful. It’s totally different than sitting in a dark room listening to a speaker.

  • Indoor workshops can also be combined with outdoor and/or virtual workshop formats.

Indoor Workshops: How they work

A gathering space and calming sensory experience inspired by nature

  • Walk into a room filled with the sounds of nature

  • Look up to see what you would see if you were walking in a beautiful forest

  • Move your body freely: Walk, stretch, and cluster

  • Healing smells of conifers fill the air

  • The experience is a departure from the ordinary workday

Experiential learning

Room setup & Charitable Give-Back

  • All of the following materials get sourced sustainably and locally and then donated and delivered to a school or nursing home of our choice or yours.

  • Hard costs, labour, set up, and delivery are included in the price

    • Large potted plants

    • Tree stumps for seating, tables, and leaning

    • Yoga mats for stretching and sitting on the floor

    • Bean bag chairs for cozy seating

Venue Requirements

  • Minimum 15 square feet per person

  • Large screen with speakers or projection onto walls. We show background videos that make participants feel like they are walking in the woods

  • Great cell service or wifi so everyone can use our app

Travel Requirements

  • Nature’s Boardroom facilitator(s) are based in various cities across Canada and the United States. The closest available facilitator will travel to you. Learn more about pricing for travel fees and carbon off-set donation
