Problem Solving & Innovation
How to adapt & thrive (with intention) in a post-pandemic landscape
See the Forest Through the Trees
After massive disruptive events, ecosystems will undertake rapid adaptation as they rebuild in a landscape that has been forever changed. Nature is resilient but never stagnant. Once the seeds are spread, regrowth can be rapid, but it is fragile. This pattern is much like our own lives, however, we can be intentional about it. To do this we explore systems thinking as a holistic approach for finding solutions and creative three-dimensional approaches toward progress. We inspire participants to see the hidden complex systems in nature as way to quickly learn and apply this way of thinking to high-value organizational goals around strategic problem solving and innovation.
