Heart-Centered Leadership
Lessons in wisdom, support, and personal connection
Mother Trees
Mother trees are wise and resilient leaders of the forest. They are at the centre of a complex network that actively passes resources and support signals to other trees. Mother trees get the majority of the sunlight, but they don’t keep it all for themselves, they are finely attuned to their kin and even other species sending them what they need when they need it. Together we help shift thinking away from past theories about dominance and survival of the fittest to approaches in leadership and ecology that are about caring for others as a way to make the whole unit stronger.
